Miranda Method

Follow me as I explain the ‘ 4-step Miranda Method for organising the Perfect Event’, which is as follows:

FIRST STEP
“Welcome!”

‘There is no second chance to make a first good impression’ is an old, very wise saying.

We at Miranda know this very well: a large part of the success of your Event depends on the first impression of your guests.

If this will be positive, it will be a success. But if it is negative… well, better not to think about it!

Precisely in order to meet this need, and to positively impress all your guests right from the start, we have devised a ‘Welcome Package’ that consists of having you find a welcome package when you arrive at Miranda:

A specially prepared table with flutes of Prosecco for everyone to sip on while waiting to be seated;

Printed menus to be found on all tables.

SECOND STEP
“Have a seat!”

We have chosen beautiful round tables for you and your guests, where eight adults can eat and converse pleasantly together;

We reserve enough space to hold all your guests, seated comfortably and well apart from each other;

We will provide you with a Tableau where your guests can see which table they have been assigned to;

You can customise the names of the tables, inspired by a favourite theme.

Super Bonus for you!

  • At least one waiter dedicated to you and you alone;
  • A dedicated table where favours can be placed;
  • A reserved cloakroom for your guests, where they can leave their jackets, avoiding placing them on the chairs.
THIRD STEP
“Menu, the banquet of your dreams!”

Welcome flute of Prosecco.

Miranda strength 5 Cold threes per person :

  • Seafood salad
  • Marinated anchovies and salmon
    Centrepiece 1 for every 2 pax
  • Cartoccio of fried anchovies
  • Mussel Sauté

2 first courses to choose from :

  • Scampi Cream Risotto
  • Chicche allo scoglio
  • Scialatielli with clams and truffle oil
  • Calamarata mussels, pachino and pecorino cheese
  • Scialatielli vongole veraci scented with lemon
  • Ravioli stuffed with aubergine and scamorza cheese, cherry tomatoes and diced tuna
  • Cuttlefish ink tortelloni stuffed with salmon with yellow dates and pistachios

Second to choose from :

  • Fiumicino fish grill: Fillet of sea bass, squid and prawns and baked potatoes

  • Fried squid centrepiece 1 per 6 pax

Drinks:

  • Bottled water

FOURTH STEP
‘A splendid finale’

Final toast

The cost?

The a la carte price of the ‘All Inclusive Event’ is 70€.

However, the final price if you book by mentioning this page is: €55 per person.

#Bonus 'the encore'

I know for a fact, that there will be guests, who will literally eat for two 🙂 That’s why, for every single course, we will prepare extra dishes…

That’s right, just like that! For example, if you book a banquet for 30 people, we will prepare at least for 34 people, to cater for even the most gluttonous.

#Bonus 'the intolerant'

What is the main problem with any event with LOTS of guests?

Easy… That many guests = many different needs. To please everyone is really difficult!

During these fifty years of experience we have seen it all, and we know for a fact that, among your guests, not everyone will be happy about the fish menu. In fact, there will be vegetarians, vegans, meat lovers, children, intolerants of various kinds, etc. etc.

At Miranda this problem does not persist! In fact, we offer you the possibility of ‘ customised management’ of menu changes.

We will take care of everything! In fact, we can cater for any of your guests’ needs: children, intolerant people, carnivores, coeliacs, etc.
Without any commitment of time and resources on your part. Just let us know in advance if there are people who do not like the fish menu, and we will be happy to accommodate everyone.
